They are short but add some neat stuff to the game. Warden's Keep especially sense it adds a chest to store stuff in.
As of this posting (11 December, 2019) all of the DLC are available on the Playstation Store. I think you're confusing the Playstation Store, which is run by Sony and still active, with the game's online server, which was run by EA/Bioware and has been shut down.

Dragon Age Origins won't load DLC on Xbox One S I have DA Origins and have played with backward compatibility before on my original Xbox One, now even though all of my dlc is installed the game won't load because the DA servers are down.
